The company is committed to extracting and processing various types of lithium ore resources through independent research and development of ore and solid waste recycling and lithium extraction technology, ultimately obtaining battery grade lithium carbonate. Currently, it has signed a project with the Binzhou Municipal Government to establish a 120000 ton/year aluminum electrolyte and an annual production of 5000 tons of battery grade lithium carbonate project, providing stable positive electrode materials for new energy enterprises in Shaanxi Province, significantly improving the comprehensive utilization recovery rate and reducing lithium extraction costs, Developing a low-cost, green and environmentally friendly technology for comprehensive recovery and extraction of lithium from ore and solid waste will effectively solve the bottleneck problem of lithium resource shortage in China and ensure the safety and stability of China's power battery supply chain.

This project utilizes lithium ore as raw material and adopts a self-developed calcium impurity removal+carbonization purification processing route with the advantages of simple and brief process, low cost, green and environmental protection, and high recovery rate.

Capacity scale: 120000 tons/year aluminum electrolyte cycle comprehensive utilization and annual production of 5000t battery grade lithium carbonate project

By constructing raw material processing workshops, pre-treatment workshops, impurity removal and purification workshops, evaporation workshops, and lithium deposition workshops, a comprehensive utilization and lithium extraction production line with capacity of 10000 tons/year of battery grade lithium carbonate will be built.

Phase I: 5000 tons/year aluminum electrolyte lithium extraction comprehensive utilization production line;

Phase II: Comprehensive utilization production line for 5000 tons/year overhaul of lithium extraction from slag.

Project innovation points:

(1) Research and development of low-cost comprehensive utilization of solid waste;

(2) Research and development of solid waste leaching process;

(3) Efficient adsorption separation of lithium ion sieves for recovery and purification of lithium carbonate in the mother liquor of lithium precipitation technology. The successful implementation of this project will solve a series of bottleneck problems in the efficient and green comprehensive utilization of lithium resources in Shaanxi province, which will improve the overall level of lithium resource development technology and equipment, and at the same time, drive the development of related industrial clusters, provide important guarantees for the rapid development of the new energy industries of Shaanxi province, and fully promote the construction of key industrial chains of Shaanxi Province. As a fundamental material for new energy industry, the demand for lithium salts continues to be strong. If lithium aluminum electrolytes can be reasonably recycled and comprehensively utilized, and lithium salts can be extracted from them, it will be of great significance for the development of China's lithium salt industry.
