The Congress on the Establishment of China-Central Asia Entrepreneurs Committee was held in the afternoon of May 19th, 2013, which was jointly hosted by China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the People's Government of Shaanxi Province with the theme of “Together for development, together for a shared future”. He Lifeng, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Vice President of the State Council, attended the event and delivered a speech.

The China Central Asian Entrepreneurs Committee is a specialized platform for dialogue between the industrial and commercial communities within the China-Central Asian mechanism, hoping to fully leverage its own advantages and contribute wisdom and strength to promoting China Central Asian cooperation.

It is reported that the Chinese and foreign enterprises participating in this conference come from industries such as energy, construction, logistics, food, information and communication, and have basically achieved full coverage of representatives in key hot areas of China and Central Asia economic and trade cooperation.

Wang Lei stated that the establishment of the China-Central Asian Entrepreneurs Committee established a new platform for us to connect with the advantageous industrial chains of the five Central Asian countries, effectively narrowing the distance between us and the markets of the five Central Asian countries, and providing strong support for the next step of connecting stable business chains. As a high-tech enterprise in the field of new energy and new materials, Xi'an Gold-In Membrane has actively responded to the national "Belt and Road" initiative to create an international resource layout at home and abroad. It has currently set up offices/branches in three countries along the "the Belt and Road" (Zimbabwe, Namibia, Mozambique). At the same time, it has also successively carried out relevant business in Pakistan, Zimbabwe and other countries.
